Pinpointe Footlaser

Dr Greg Bastin can claim to be one of the leaders in Podiatric  laser technology he has been using lasers in his practice since 2009, currently Brighton Podiatry Foot Laser clinic has four lasers that we use within our practice to treat several types of conditions. Dr Bastin started using  Lasers for the treatment of onychomycosis in 2010 as such he can claim to be the most experienced practitioner in Australia.

Dr Bastin trained on the Pinpointe footlaser system with Dr Michael Uro DPM in Sacramento California. Dr Uro is one of the leading authorities on the use of the pinpointe footlaser system for the treatment of onychomycosis. Michael was the second Podiatrist to use the pinpointe footlaser in the USA and as such has a vast amount of experience on this system.

Dr Greg Bastin was invited to lecture in China at the 17 Annual Dermatological meeting in Xian  to speak on the treatment of onychomyses with laser.

And other Lasers

Dr Bastin uses the Pinpointe footlaser as well as another leading laser for the treatment of nail fungus. The Pinpointe footlaser is an extremely good system but it does not work for everyone sometimes patients will get better results from another laser.
